In this article, it should be noted that various manifestations of manipulative means require special responsibility of national systems of political communications for the protection of our people, preventing harmful effects on the external environment, ensuring internal and external security, strengthening state sovereignty and others. In this process, it is scientifically justified that the main task is aimed at further modernization of the political system.
