In this article, the role of anatomy in the system of sports education, its importance in the scientific organization of training processes, as well as its significance in maintaining athletes’ health, preventing injuries, and properly developing physical abilities are analyzed. Deep knowledge of anatomy increases the medical literacy of future athletes, shaping them into responsible, scientifically minded, and physically healthy individuals
