В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы понятия предсоревновательного состояния и его компонентов, включая эмоциональные, когнитивные и поведенческие аспекты. Анализируются факторы, влияющие на формирование этого состояния, такие как тренировочный процесс, психологические тренировки и влияние тренера.Также обсуждаются методы исследования предсоревновательного психологического состояния, включая анкетирование, психофизиологические методы и наблюдение. Заключительная часть статьи посвящена практическим аспектам управления этим состоянием, включая разработку психологических стратегий и поддержку со стороны тренеров.Данная аннотация выделяет актуальность и важность исследований в области предсоревновательного психологического состояния студентов-борцов и подчеркивает необходимость дальнейших исследований для повышения их спортивной эффективности и психологической готовности.
