In order to increase the competitiveness of manufacturing and service enterprisesin the highly competitive environment of the globalized economic system, benchmarking analysis,which is widely used in practice, plays an important role in improving the overall efficiency of theenterprise, as well as in improving production, service, management, and technical andtechnological processes. Benchmarking studies eliminate shortcomings based on comparing theenterprise with competitors in its field and enterprises in other industries. In order to developmethods and techniques for conducting benchmarking studies in the construction sector, which isdistinguished from other industries by its specific characteristics, this article will detail the goals,indicators, stages, and directions of the benchmarking model adapted to construction enterprises
