This article examines a topic that is relevant today: forensic features of the investigation of crimes committed in the construction sector, in particular economic crimes. The connection between the characteristics of these crimes and their investigation, the importance of economic knowledge in the investigation process, the investigative actions used, and the planning of investigative situations are discussed. The article also draws attention to the methodological significance of this approach for investigation and analyzes the forensic aspects of solving economic crimes in the construction industry.
