В статье произведен анализ процесса цифровой трансформации в сфере услуг Узбекистана, подчеркивая её роль в модернизации национальной экономики и интеграции в глобальное цифровое пространство. Рассматривается влияние цифровизации на улучшение качества услуг и повышения эффективности сферы услуг. Автором проанализированы проблемы, вызванные с переходом к цифровой экономике и даны предложения по ускорению процесса цифровой трансформации в сфере услуг.
