In the modern economic space, financial services play a key role in the development of business and society. Improving the management of these services is becoming an urgent task, given the dynamic changes in financial markets, digitalization of the economy and growing consumer demands. The main goal of the study is to analyze existing approaches to managing financial services and identify effective methods for improving them.
