The article describes the foreign experience of the development of information and communicationcompetence of secondary school teachers. Opinions are expressed about the experience conducted ininternational research centers on the development of the competence of educational recipients to work withinformation, the diagnosis of competence formation, the orientation of students to algorithmic informationexchange activities.
