The ubiquity of websites across all sectors has led to a surge in demand for theirservices. Consequently, there's been a notable expansion in scientific inquiry to enhance serviceefficiency to meet the escalating needs. Central to this endeavor are web servers, which play a pivotalrole in processing these requests. This article examines the responsiveness of remote platforms hostedon various web servers. It conducts analyses on factors such as latency between client-serverinteractions, as well as the rates of request acceptance and rejection. Furthermore, tests areconducted on both default and optimized configurations of Apache and Nginx web servers within alocal network environment. In these evaluations, the optimized configurations of Apache and Nginxare tailored to the specific technical capabilities of the server system. The results indicate that Nginxoutperforms Apache in terms of efficiency, highlighting its superiority in handling the increasingdemands placed on web servers.
