This article examines the linguistic analysis of the concept of tolerance, which is significant in that it includes categories related to the expression of moral norms and values, and is considered from the perspective of semantic, pragmatic and discourse analysis.v In literature, the concept of tolerance is described as a result of linguistic and communicative competence, the concept of tolerance is described as a result of language and communicative competence, which is associated with the emotional stability of the individual and is implemented through linguistic means that form harmonious emotional interaction. At the same time, in the linguistic sense, the categories of tolerance combine both universal and specific cultural features. Also, in various religious texts, the concept of tolerance is significant in that it plays an important role in combining specific cultural features, reflecting tolerance, mutual respect, and the peaceful coexistence of people in social life. Thus, tolerance is realized linguistically through a system of lexical, grammatical and pragmatic means that form a special semantic field. In this regard, in different languages and cultures, the concept of tolerance, while retaining its universal meaning (acceptance of differences, respect for others), acquires its own national-cultural connotations, which is reflected both in its semantic structure and in the characteristics of its expression in the language.
