Annotatsiya

This article studies the influence of technological factors on theelectrical properties of RuO₂ alloyed composite resistors based on B34E leadsilicateglass. The influence of RuO₂ concentration and annealing temperature on electrical resistance was experimentally analyzed. Based on the research results,it was found that the resistance decreases exponentially with increasing RuO₂content and the percolation threshold is in the range of pc ≈ 7–9 mass %. It wasalso shown that an increase in annealing temperature significantly increases theelectrical conductivity due to the flow of the glass phase, improved interparticlecontact and diffusion processes. The results obtained expand the possibilities oftechnological control of the electrical parameters of thick-film resistors.
