The article presents the determination of the roller mechanisms of the belt conveyor according to the vibrations of the outer shell, taking into account the values of the technological load and friction force. The laws of the displacement of the outer shell of the part acting as a sliding support used in the roller mechanism, the change in the vibration speed are obtained. Their recommended values are based on the analysis of the parameters and changes in the modes of movement of the roller, as well as the graphs of the dependence of the technological resistance of the transported product on the parameters of the roller.
