The article examines transit logistics as an element of critical infrastructure and a factor of national economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on a systemic analysis, a distinction is proposed between “international transport corridors” and “transport and transit corridors” as different levels of governance and economic outcomes, in line with the author’s concept developed by U. Ibragimov [1–3]. The empirical part relies on the results of economic, econometric, and technical analyses presented in the analytical report “Prospects of the Middle Corridor: A View from Central Asia and Azerbaijan” (Center for Research Initiatives “Ma’no”, 2025) and its appendices [3], as well as on the regulatory benchmarks of Uzbekistan’s transport and logistics policy through 2030 [4]. An integral model of transit resilience (TS) is developed, and a set of corridor performance KPIs linked to vulnerability and resilience indicators is proposed. It is demonstrated that for a landlocked country, the economic effect of transit is determined not by the mere “existence of a route,” but by the governance architecture of the corridor product (time, reliability, service value added, procedures, and digitalization).
