ASSESSMENT AND PERSPECTIVES FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE SYSTEM OF RAILWAY PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF JSC "UZBEKISTAN RAILWAYS"): ASSESSMENT AND PERSPECTIVES FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE SYSTEM OF RAILWAY PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF JSC "UZBEKISTAN RAILWAYS")
The article discusses the importance of increasing revenues and strengthening the company's image positively through the development of services provided by railway passenger transport enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness. The research results focus on the most effective use of existing commercial spaces at stations and platforms, increasing revenues from retail sales, improving retail trade and catering services in the restaurant car, as well as enhancing customer relations. It is also proposed to effectively utilize customer support channels to attract and serve more clients in the company. Recommendations are provided for improving the level of services provided.
