The article presents the results of an analysis of the scale of risks of man-made emergency situations at the railway transport infrastructure facilities of Uzbekistan and addresses questions about the need to develop and implement, built-in systems for local monitoring and diagnostics of the technical condition of structures and various railway facilities in order to predict the scale of man-made emergencies.
