The monograph, whose authors are represented by Italy, Azerbaijan, Russia and Uzbekistan, is devoted to topical issues at the crossroads of linguistics, statehood and philosophy in the synchronous-diachronic plane of research. In particular, interesting articles are devoted to a wide range of the most pressing philosophical, philological, political problems associated with the formation of a new global reality, i.e. issues of modernization, transformation of all levels of historical consciousness, problems of philosophy and methodology of science, education, identity, spirituality, state building.
