Annotatsiya

The article highlights the fact that industrial development, especially the chemical industry, is an indispensable industrial driver in developed countries of the world, and the importance of innovative activity and the regulatory, legal, and institutional framework in the development of this sector in increasing the competitiveness of goods, services, and technologies. During the study, the current state of the current regulatory, legal, and institutional system, its impact on the innovative activity of industrial enterprises, and the main problems limiting development were identified. Based on the results of the analysis, scientific and practical proposals were developed to improve the mechanisms of institutional support for innovative activity and strengthen the integration of science and production.
