The article develops an organisational and economic framework for the green transformation of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan. The methodology combines qualitative content analysis of policy documents, official statistics and international studies with a comparison of industrial, environmental and investment-policy instruments. The author’s matrices are used for analytical prioritisation rather than presented as a representative expert survey. A sequential mechanism covering diagnostics, project selection, financing, implementation and monitoring is proposed. The paper also clarifies that sectoral investment data at current prices describe total capital formation and cannot automatically be treated as green investment or real growth.
