This article analyzes the therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of phytopreparations used against varroosis and tropilaelapsosis in honeybees. It examines the acaricidal activity of medicinal plants and essential oils, their safety for honeybee colonies, the prospects for using locally available plant-based preparations, the selection of optimal concentrations, and their potential integration into comprehensive strategies for controlling parasitic mite infestations.
