Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of the most common diseases in the world, and its prevalence ranges from 6% to 26% in different countries. O'SOK is the third leading cause of death, second only to cardiovascular diseases and cancer. In many patients, COPD is combined with clinically significant chronic pathology, which increases morbidity and mortality from obstructive pulmonary disease. In addition, comorbid conditions create an economic burden on the healthcare system, increasing the economic costs of pharmacotherapy and hospitalization. In clinical practice, there are no standards for diagnosing joint diseases; attending physicians are not always focused on searching for concomitant pathologies, which leads to late detection of cardiovascular pathology and, therefore, an increase in complications and mortality
