The present study is devoted to assessing the prevalence and clinical and diagnostic aspects of connective tissue dysplasia in Samarkand and Jizzakh regions, as well as studying the course of the disease depending on its genetic characteristics. It was found that in persons with differentiated connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) the risk of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, organs of vision, autonomic nervous system and cardiovascular system is significantly higher than in persons without this pathology. Changes in clinical and laboratory parameters in patients with CTD indicate a violation of vasoconstrictor function, which, in turn, aggravates the course of the disease.
