The article analyzes the traditional exchange of gifts between Karakalpak and other Turkic peoples from a scientific and theoretical perspective, including the tradition of giving «sarqit» (remains) that is firmly preserved in the culture of national cuisine. Remnants are widely cited not only as a sign of respect but also as ritual, semantic, and therapeutic services, such as sharing blessings without waste and passing on the path and good qualities of elders to young people. At the same time, a comparative study of the culture of the Kazakh people will be conducted, and the rules of waste disposal and removal will be revealed.
