This article discusses the methodology for modeling arterial thrombosis in rats and its significance for research in the field ofcardiovascular diseases. The main steps of the procedure, the tools used and techniques for assessing the simulation result aredescribed.Arterial thrombosis is a serious condition that often leads to cardiovascular complications and death. Modeling thisprocess in animal studies, particularly rats, is an important tool for understanding the mechanisms of thrombosis and developingnew treatments. This abstract provides an overview of the methodology for modeling arterial thrombosis in rats.Modeling arterial thrombosis in rats is a valuable tool for medical research and contributes to the development of new methodsfor the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This technique opens up prospects for a deeper understanding of thepathological processes associated with thrombosis and the development of innovative medical approaches.
