The article describes the technical architecture, functional modules and software structure of the “Metakomp.uz” web platformdesigned to develop metacompetence. The platform follows a multi-layer architecture and integrates diagnostics, learningcontent, reflection, collaboration, portfolio, analytics and administration modules. The data model, information security measuresand quality indicators of the system are substantiated.
