The history of studying of Paleozoic educations from positions of their oil-and-gas content in regions of Uzbekistan isconsidered. The introduction tendency in the solution of this problem from geodynamics positions, including theories of tectonicsof plates that allowed on new to estimate the potential of efficiency of these educations is thus planned and to define a practicalorientation of conducted researches.
