120 newborns with changes in the functional state of the cardiovascular system with perinatal lesions of the central nervous system were examined. An analysis of clinical syndromes and symptoms and indicators of instrumental studies in newborns showed that functional changes in the cardiovascular system can subsequently affect the health of the child, and if the syndrome of cardiovascular maladjustment is not diagnosed in time, the disease can proceed with a complicated and prolonged course of the disease of perinatal encephalopathy.
