Annotatsiya

This article examines the Eastern principles of educational organization and management from a historical and didactic perspective. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to comparatively investigate ideas related to the management of educational processes reflected in the scientific and pedagogical heritage of Eastern thinkers in relation to contemporary educational management. Using systematic-analytical and historical-comparative methods, the study analyzes the views of Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, Abu Ali ibn Sina, Yusuf Khass Hajib, and Alisher Navoi concerning educational goal-setting, coordination of pedagogical activity, organization of scientific inquiry, individualized learning, managerial responsibility, justice, consultation, and humanistic orientation. The study identifies functional components of educational management reflected in Eastern pedagogical thought, including purposefulness, scientific validity, learner-centeredness, responsibility, justice, cooperation, and reflexivity. It is argued that historical pedagogical ideas should not be mechanically transferred into contemporary educational systems; rather, their functional meaning should be interpreted and adapted to modern institutional conditions. The findings may contribute to improving pedagogical management in higher education institutions, strengthening the humanistic orientation of educational processes, and providing a methodological basis for educational leadership.
