This article presents a scientific and methodological analysis of improving the quality management methodology for textile products based on the international 4-point assessment system. The key criteria of the assessment system, the content of the scoring scale, and the stages of its practical implementation are examined. The proposed methodology ensures real-time product quality control, early defect detection, and evidence-based management decision-making. The results demonstrated that the methodology positively affects production efficiency and contributes to enhancing international competitiveness.
