Annotatsiya

The article recommends a comprehensive assessment of the performance results of agricultural clusters in order to evaluate their activities and determine the level of their relations with the interests of cluster members, the state, and society. Based on the results of the research, a system of 18 indicators has been developed to assess the performance of clusters, and these indicators are proposed to be divided into three groups: economic and financial, social, and environmental. Furthermore, comprehensive assessment methods based on a single integral indicator are proposed for the three groups of indicators in order to enable mutual ranking, comparison across regions, assessment of their dynamics over the years, identification of strengths and weaknesses, determination of priorities for investment and government support, and grouping of clusters according to their level of efficiency.
