This paper presents a mathematical model for assessing the decontamination degree during pulsed electric field treatment of plants. The proposed model is based on nonlinear regression relationships describing the effects of pulse voltage 1000-4000 V, capacitor capacitance 200-1470 pF, and treatment time 0.1-0.3 s on decontamination efficiency.
