This article evaluates the physicochemical properties of irrigated soils in the Karakul Oasis, located in the lower reaches of the Zarafshan River, and analyzes their influence on soil biological activity. The study covered irrigated agricultural areas, and the soils were assessed based on their mechanical composition, humus content, available phosphorus, and exchangeable potassium status. The obtained results revealed significant differences among soil types and their agrochemical characteristics. The findings are of considerable scientific and practical importance for maintaining and improving soil fertility, scientifically optimizing fertilizer management systems, and developing recommendations to ensure the sustainable enhancement of soil biological activity.
