Desertification of soil landscapes in Uzbekistan affects significant territories, which leads to a decrease in biological productivityand soil fertility. These processes directly affect agriculture, which is experiencing environmental discomfort. Desertificationprocesses entail, in many cases, a decrease in the productivity of cattle breeding. Desertification processes are also intensivelyoccurring in Kyzylkums. The article studies the agrochemical properties and mechanical composition of sandy desert soils. It isestablished that the soils of the farm of the Bukhara region of Karaulbazar district are light loamy in terms of the mechanicalcomposition of the soils, the mobile content of P 2 O 5 and K 2 O and the humus content are low and medium.
