The study is devoted to the study of the course of pregnancy with varicose veins and ways to prevent complications. On the basis of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Samarkand State Medical University and the Samarkand branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center for Maternal and Child Health, 132 pregnant women were examined, divided into the main group with varicosis (n = 99) and the control group (n = 33). A comparative analysis of the course of pregnancy, the dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters, uteroplacental vascular resistance and the frequency of complications in the dynamics of pregnancy was carried out, the results demonstrate a more complicated course of pregnancy and the need for preventive measures.
