Despite numerous studies and successes in the treatment of arterial hypertension, it still remains the number one killer in the world and its complications are one of the medical and socio-economic problems, as it leads to increased disability, decreased ability to work, and high mortality in these patients. Keeping especially uncontrolled arterial hypertension under control and preventing the development of its complications, in particular chronic heart failure, is one of the pressing problems of cardiologists and primary care physicians today.
