This study focused on evaluating the impact of loyalty programs on depositmobilization in commercial banks. The research explored both theoretical and empirical sourcesto assess how loyalty strategies influenced customer behavior, deposit volume, and bankcompetitiveness. Based on a quantitative approach, the findings indicated that CRM systems, prizelinkedsavings (PLS), and elements of the marketing mix served as effective tools for enhancingcustomer trust and increasing deposit growth. A SWOT analysis identified the strengths,weaknesses, institutional opportunities, and potential risks associated with loyalty programs. Thestudy substantiated the strategic importance of loyalty initiatives in building a stable deposit basein the commercial banking sector.
