Gestational complications, features of the placental system and neonatal status in pregnant women with autoimmune thyroiditis are presented. It was found that pregnant women with autoimmune thyroiditis are significantly more likely to have such pregnancy complications as threat of termination of pregnancy at all gestational periods, anemia, gestosis, placental insufficiency, and chronic fetal hypoxia. The peculiarity of the course of pregnancy in women with autoimmune thyroiditis is the highest risk of miscarriage before 12 weeks of gestation.
