This article deals with description of 3 clinical cases of obstetric hemorrhage as a result of congenital anomalies of the uterus and atypical implantation of the embryo, as well as an analysis of current information on this problem. Results: we give a description of 3 rare cases, of which two – cornual pregnancies and one angular pregnancy. All cases were complicated by profuse hemorrhage. One primigravida had a fatal rupture of the rudimentary horn. Conclusion.
