A follow-up observation of 50 full-term newborns from mothers with cytomegalovirus infection during the first year of life was carried out. The data of clinical, ultrasound and laboratory studies were analyzed. Revealed: Children born to mothers infected with CMVI (cytomegalovirus infection) were twice as likely to have problems with the nervous system (anxiety, convulsions, delayed reaction to external influences, etc.), with the respiratory, digestive and urinary systems according to compared with the healthy group.
