This paper examines the activities of a textile enterprise, the management process, andissues related to production organization. The main functions of the management system, efficient use ofresources, and ways to increase labor productivity are analyzed. In addition, conclusions andrecommendations aimed at improving management efficiency in the textile industry are presented. Theresults of the study have practical significance for improving enterprise performance.
