This article examines the issues of international private legal regulation of labor relations, unification of law in this field, and modern trend in the development of a system of conflict norms. On the basis of national and international legal documents, researches of scientists, the author put forward proposals on international private-legal regulation of labor relations and unification of national law in the legislation of Uzbekistan. The article revealed that the absence of universally recognized conflict principles in the field of labor in national legislation has a negative impact on the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in external labor relations.
