The emergence of a new era in global politics has replaced the risks and contradictions associated with the former bipolar model. The prevalence of such threats has escalated under present conditions marked by the growing interdependence among nations, which has led to adverse effects on regional security systems. The collapse of the Soviet Union as a prominent global force and the subsequent breakdown of its sphere of influence were significant catalysts for these accomplishments. Additionally, these advancements have led to the creation of new government structures that prioritize the safeguarding of their own national interests.1 The ongoing crisis in Afghanistan poses a significant obstacle for the wider regional community within this context. The Central Asian countries encounter a major obstacle in their goal of achieving economic and political integration within the region due to their recent formation. Evaluating the importance of internal consolidation versus alternative strategies is crucial. While the assessments are not inherently conflicting, they are currently misaligned. Irrespective of current circumstances, ensuring national security now poses an unprecedented challenge for these nations, a matter that was not given precedence previously.2 Climate change has resulted in increased aridity, reduced atmospheric precipitation and relative humidity, and heightened solar radiation across Central Asia. These changes have had significant impacts on the region's environment. The use of artificial irrigation and irrigation networks plays a fundamental role in achieving these objectives. Additionally, the intricacies of the irrigation system involve fostering economic connections in rural areas and managing water resources prudently.
