Current paper is dedicated to the study of diverse theoretical aspects connected with motives for constitutional modifications behind states’ behavior, evaluations of countries’ development strategies in terms of consecutive reforms considered necessary at certain node of political changes and outputs, factors shaping critical (scholarly) debates over the essentials of preferred development models, influence of countries’ comparative strategic advantages to foreign political choices and actions.
