Развитие политических процессов в условиях возросшей политической напряженности в мире свидетельствуют об усилении фрагментарности не только в отношениях отдельных государств, но и целых регионов и сообществ в призме гео- социальных, культурных, цивилизационных и иных противоречий. События вокруг Украинского кризиса, Южного Кавказа, Ближнего Востока свидетельствуют не только о трансформации всей архитектуры системно-структурной и суб-системной основы мировой политики, но и смены парадигм в понимании и развитии внешнеполитических моделей и подходов в современных международных отношениях. Одной из таких моделей понимания международного развития признана теория игр.
