In an effort to improve teen awareness of healthy lifestyles, we conducted a Social Survey of 441 teenage girls on social media using a Google Forms survey. The purpose of this study was to identify the main factors that influence the choice of a healthy lifestyle, as well as to determine the level of education of this contingent in determining the most effective ways to increase the level of Health and prevent diseases. We also looked at the impact of family, school, environment and media on the formation of healthy lifestyles in teenage girls. The age of the respondents was 13 to 19 years, with a median age of 15.9±1.2 years.
