Annotatsiya

The article provides information on the relevance of the problem of treating acute liver failure.The main etiological factors and the general concept of pathogenesis are reflected according to the modernachievements of hepatology. An imbalance in the immune system is considered as one of the main links inthe pathogenesis of acute liver failure. At the same time, cell therapy is presented as a promising directionin the treatment of severe acute liver damage. The article specifies the possibilities of using hepatocytetransplantation in liver failure.
