Increase of the number of traffic accidents led to an increase in the frequency and severity of closed injuries of the bladder. However, many issues of diagnosis and treatment for this injury, especially with intraperitoneal injuries of the bladder, not developed enough. The introduction of modern technology of video laparoscopy has allowed a new look at this problem. It is necessary to study the possibilities of this method in the diagnosis and treatment of intraperitoneal ruptures of the bladder. The article presents comparative data of traditional open surgery (42 patients) and minimally invasive laparoscopy treatment (22 patients) of intraperitoneal bladder injuries. The advantages and disadvantages of each of them are analyzed.
