Ушбу мақолада солиқ хизмати органлари тузилмасини оптималлаштириш орқали солиқ маъмуриятчилиги сифатини оширишда дуч келадиган асосий муаммолар кўриб чиқилган ва такомиллаштириш йўллари таклиф қилинди. Бундан ташқари муаммоларни ҳал қилиш учун солиқ маъмурчилигини такомиллаштириш бўйича бир қанча стратегиялар таклиф қилинди. Солиқ маъмуриятчилигини такомиллаштириш ва барқарор ривожланишни қўллаб-қувватлаш адолатли ҳамда самарали солиқ тизимини яратишга ёрдам беради.
