In this article, it has been analyzed the scientific views of domestic and foreign scientists on the subject, as well as the possibilities of attracting capital through the effective organization of public offerings of shares. Scientific conclusions and practical suggestions are presented on ways to attract capital by selling state-owned companies stock`s to private investors, and ways for the public to invest their savings in stocks.
