The study develops an architecture, a unified information model, and computational algorithms foran integrated system connecting parametric garment pattern design, three-dimensional virtual fitting, and automatedtechnological preparation of apparel production. The proposed digital thread preserves persistent identifiers for patternpieces, edges, seams, materials, and manufacturing operations. The pattern is represented as an attributed graph; pairededges are constrained geometrically and enriched with technological attributes. A rule-based transformation generatessewing operations, equipment requirements, processing times, and precedence relations based on seam type, stitch class, material properties, edge length, and quality requirements. A priority-list heuristic with local improvement is used to balancethe production line and reduce equipment-type changeovers. The computational experiment used a synthetic dataset of 48blouse, dress, and jacket variants comprising 512 paired edges and an average of 37.7 operations per item. The mean edgemismatch decreased from 2.76 to 0.12 mm, the line-balance coefficient increased from 0.769 to 0.907, the estimated cycletime decreased by 17.0%, and equipment-type changeovers decreased by 22.0%. The contribution is a formal end-to-endmapping from anthropometry and geometry to seams, operations, and manufacturing routes within a single object-graphmodel. The approach can support CAD/CAM/PLM modules, garment digital twins, and technology planning for customizedand small-batch apparel production.
