This article examined the scientific-theoretical foundations of the effective development of the labor market in the conditions of a digital economy, a review of scientific literature on the topic, scientific views of scientists, conclusions and proposals. At the same time, the article carried out statistical and dynamic analysis of employment in the labor market, studied problems in the effective development of the labor market, and brought scientifically based conclusions and suggestions as a solution to these Mammo‘s.
